By placing an order on primevenue.app, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. PrimeVenue reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
PrimeVenue provides custom digital wedding invitation design services. Our deliverables are digital files and/or hosted web-based invitations. We do not provide printed materials unless explicitly agreed in writing. The final invitation is delivered as a shareable link and QR code.
Orders are placed through our online order form. Upon submission, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received and verified by PrimeVenue. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Payment is required in full before design work begins. We currently accept bank transfers (IBAN). Payment details will be sent to your email after order submission. Work commences only after payment is confirmed by our team. PrimeVenue is not responsible for delays caused by late payment.
After payment confirmation, our design team will create a draft invitation based on the information you provided. You will receive a link to review the draft on your personal Customer Dashboard. You are entitled to up to two (2) rounds of revisions per order. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of ordering, including names (in both English and Arabic if applicable), wedding date, venue, and any other required details. PrimeVenue is not liable for errors in the final design that result from incorrect information provided by the Client. Any corrections required due to Client error after delivery may be subject to additional fees.
Upon your approval of the final design, PrimeVenue will deliver the finished invitation as a hosted web link and QR code. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days from payment confirmation, subject to the complexity of the design and the number of revision rounds. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
PrimeVenue retains ownership of all design templates, artwork, and creative assets used in producing your invitation. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered invitation for your personal wedding event only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the design for commercial purposes without written consent from PrimeVenue.
PrimeVenue's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or emotional distress. We are not responsible for technical issues on third-party platforms used to host or share the invitation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
